While customs agents are used to travelers trying to smuggle contraband in every conceivable way, a Guatemalan woman's arrest was truly rich: she gulped down more than 31 thousand bucks in cash before boarding a Panama-bound plane. 

AFP reports the 44-year-old's suspicious behavior led agents at Panama's international airport to take a closer look at her, and a subsequent x-ray revealed she'd gulped at least 39 bundles of wadded-up 100 dollar bills.

Police were able to recover 31 thousand, 200 bucks, but like the world's grossest ATM, they're anticipating her to...dispense...even more at a hospital where the unidentified woman is being held under arrest.
