A burglar thought he had the perfect plan to rob his former employer in Louisiana last Tuesday: cops say he dressed in camo, packed tools, and wore gloves -- but they say 23-year-old Richard Boudreaux forgot his mask to hide his face from the security cameras.

Improvising, WVUE-TV reports Boudreaux put a bucket on his head and sneaked around Kenney's Seafood, eventually swiping cash from the register. But while trying to see where he was going, Boudreaux managed to reveal himself enough to have cops ID him.

Investigators say he also tried to break into a nearby pawn shop, but failed, so he was charged with both burglary and attempted burglary charges.
