Here's a roundup of holiday memories and traditions from some of your favorite country stars:

-- George Strait is a grandfather now, but he still looks back fondly on his childhood Christmases with his own grandparents back in Texas. The house was filled with family, and George says, "It was a lot of fun because you’d see cousins that you hadn’t seen in a while."

He adds, "Those are the memories that I have, getting to spend a few days with them and opening presents and it was just a lot of fun back then."

-- Kip Moore is back home in Georgia this Christmas, and his family will remember his father, who passed away in 2011. Before his death, Kip's dad took him and his brothers out deep sea fishing in the Gulf of Mexico every Thanksgiving and Christmas.

On their last Christmas out on the water, Kip recalls, "We got a lot of laughs in, and we saw the most amazing sunset I’ve ever seen in my life as we were driving back in. And we all stopped the boat and sat there and stared at it for a while, and I’ll always remember that."

-- Luke Bryan and his wife Caroline are spending this Christmas at home in Nashville instead of loading the boys up and driving down to Georgia. He says, "Santa’s coming to the house. We’ve got two boys that they understand Santa, and they’re ready for them to get there. Now, we just gotta get ol’ Santa down the chimney."

-- Little Big Town's Phillip Sweet enjoys a simple Christmas holiday at home with his wife Rebecca and their daughter Penelopi.

"I like the thought of being cozy warm with the fire going inside while it’s snowing outside, inside your own little four walls of home," says Phillip.

It may not be snowing in Nashville this Christmas, but Phillip will have the most important ingredients for a great holiday -- his loved ones.

He adds, "That’s just the most amazing thing, just being together."
