A 31-year-old Oklahoma man who was arrested for leaving his 2-year-old and 5-month-old in his car while he drank at a wing joint gave cops an interesting excuse: a stranger did it.

Jason Daniel Murray told cops in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, that somebody else must have put his children in his car while he reportedly tossed a few back at a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. Eventually, he dropped the unlikely excuse, and admitted guilt.

A passerby spotted the kids in the car and called police, who arrested Murray on child neglect and public intoxication charges, and for carrying a firearm into a bar.
