A few country stars show up on the Forbes list of the "World's 25 Highest-Paid Musicians" for 2012. Taylor Swift tied with Paul McCartney for the #8 spot with an estimated $57 million coming in, thanks to her touring and endorsement deals. Toby Keith tied for #10 with Justin Bieber, earning $55 million with his touring, endorsement deals, I Love This Bar and Grill restaurant chain and other ventures.

Kenny Chesney raked in $44 million to come in at #17 on the list. Dr. Dre was #1 with $110 million, in large part due to HTC paying big bucks for a stake in his line of headphones, Beats by Dr. Dre.

The Forbes rankings are based on estimates of gross income earned by each artist between May 2011 and May 2012.
