German cops didn't even need to read the results of a breathalyzer they'd administered to a suspected drunk driver to know he wasn't fit to drive, after they say the motorist tried to make a call on the device. According to Web.Orange.uk, 41-year-old Bernhard Becker was handed the device and instead of blowing into it, he told cops he wanted to call his lawyer for advice.

"He thought it was an iPhone, and was trying to bring up the icons on the display," a Coburg Police spokesperson said. The source explained Becker could "barely stand," yet he was taken to the hospital and his impairment was confirmed with a blood test.
