Garth Brooks has won his lawsuit against the former CEO of his now-defunct Red Strokes Entertainment.
His dispute with Lisa Sanderson centered on $226,000 Garth gave her to pay legal fees to help her gain custody of her son. Lisa said it was a gift, but Garth insisted that it was a loan and that they'd discussed a re-payment plan several times.
A federal judge in Nashville has ordered Sanderson to repay the loan as well as six years of interest, legal fees and collection costs.
Red Strokes Entertainment closed its doors in 2010.
